JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants must be a qualified engineering graduate.
> Need excellent understanding of commercial issues and a flair for maintaining relationships and working across different cultures.
> Must be customer service oriented.
> Must possess technical competence on marine, process and power plant equipment.
> Need experience in maintenance management, customer service and technical sales of capital equipment to the relevant industries with supervisor or managerial responsibility in the last 2 years is required.
> Should be a result oriented working personality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Heading the Service Operations in Saudi Arabia.
> Improving customer response and operational efficiency.
> Managing two service centers in Saudi (Jubail and Yanbu) and the field service teams in Jeddah / Jubail.
> Work very closely with the P&S business managers in the region, and a team of service engineers, technicians and service/workshop coordinators.
