Job Description:

Direct, manage and control all activities related to the service department and ensure the continuous development of service process, analysis, competencies and activities;Prepare and submit the annual service plan and monitor and submit a monthly & quarterly business and financial status and performance reports summary for Top Management; Ensure strict management of all aspects of service activities including cost, plan, budget, quality and time management .Develop customer retention to achieve and exceed customer service expectation using the approved SOP’s;Recruit, manage, train and support the service team with reference to the agreed business plan and standards; Conducts performance review with service teams in regards to the performance feedback, visit success rate, customer satisfaction and retention; Manage, plan and control all technical support functions within the section and enhance the research activities to strengthen the team abilities and competencies; Ensure strategic solutions oriented services in the field of, copiers, printers, audio visual, printing management etc.

Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
