SERVICE TECHNICAL MANAGER 

Education: 

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred), or equivalent. 
 

Qualifications : 

• 5+ years or experience in production or maintenance in a steel industry 
• Fluency in English 
• 30-40 years of age 
• Excellent skills and knowledge of rolling mill plant and rolling technology is required 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills 
• Available to travel at short notice, with no geographical limitations Team player 
 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support customers on troubleshooting and production improvements 

• Organize properly the on site technical activities for repair and maintenance 

• Promote in coordination with the Sales Manager the selling of after-sales products (spare-parts, technical assistance, training, maintenance. etc. -4 and innovations 

• Meet client requests in a short frame time guaranteeing high quality standards; check customer satisfaction

Previous Experiences: 

• At least 10 years experience in managing maintenance or production in the steel industry
