* Understanding of standard detail specifications, approved plans and construction practices;
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
* Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, tenants and other professionals to ensure works are undertaken to expected standards;
* Broad design and presentation skills;
* Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max and Photoshop;
* Well developed hand sketching skills.
