o To Monitor and supervise the project. Especially to monitor the activities of Installation and commissioning of
„X Safety and Security system like Access control system, Gate barriers and Parking
„X Management System, Visitor Management , Home automation system , Burglar alarm
„X system, Video door phones, apartment system , Home network or Domotics , CCTV
„X System , Building Management System, perimeter protection system and the concept of
„X Integrated BMS System .
o Attending all the weekly meeting as a client¡¦s representative. Coordinating with Project Managers Consultants, Contractors and suppliers to carry out the work according to the specifications and drawings as per schedule.
o Knowledge of all the major manufacturers in this field and the product band they possess.
o Understand the needs of IBMS and security from the shoes of Project Management Companies, Architects , Interior decorators , Builders, Property Owners and End clients and the ; then explain the benefits of the system they really require.
Specialization
BMS, CCTV, Access Control systems, PABX,SMATV, Generator, UPS and other MEP machineries.
experience Requirement 3 Years To 5 Years
