Role

• Supervise / monitor contracor’s site work on a daily basis and communicate with contractor any site related matters , deemed to be of concern to company .
• Ensure that all approved construction procedures are strictly compiled with and that prior approval from the project leader is obtained for any required or recommended changes or deviations.
• Management and supervision of contractors site activities & ensures that company’s project /HSE requirements are met.
• Produce daily reports for Project leader Highlighting project progress , areas of concern , accidents incidents if any , recommendation for improvements in construction practice or design etc.
• Signing off Contractors DPR’s and record his comments as necessary.
• Maintain close liaison with field personnel .
• Ensure regular safety briefings ,accident / incident reports & monitor compliance of HSE requirements by the Contractor. 

Minimum requirements

• At least 15 years or more of Offshore Construction experience with adequate exposure to E&I construction works , hook-up, pre-commissioning and commissioning works. Experience in F&G system in working on offshore construction /Pre-commissioning /Commissioning
• Adequate knowledge of Offshore Construction practices, marine/safety regulation, QA/QC, HSE and installation, hook up/ tie-ins for electrical & instrumentation and safety system/ equipment commissioning procedures.
• Be exposed to international Safety Codes and be fully aware of HSE policies, work to permit system.
• Be able to organize safety group meetings , tool box talks and safety drills with the contractors.
• Be responsible for participate  in risk assessments &ensuring implementation of mitigation measures.
• Competent in coordinating S/D activities of Offshore Projects & supervision of contracted personnel to ensure that work is carried out in a timely manner & in a safe environment.
