Position Summary: Assisting consultants in the Management and intensive care of diseases of the heart, lungs and chest. Examine patients and assess investigations to see whether patients require surgical treatment . To assist and perform under supervision, any management of post operative patients and further follow up. Take care of post operative cardiothoracic ICU round the clock. Experience: Extensive skill, knowledge, and experience are needed for these occupations. Many require more than five years of experience. Required certification/Licensure/Registration: Residency training or board certification in Anesthesia and intensive care, followed by a period of specialist training in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia and cardiac intensive care.
