Minimum Requirements: Graduate preferably with a professional degree in Human Resources. At least 7-10 years experience in organizing corporate training. Deep knowledge of managing SMEs and delivering corporate growth. Candidate should have a strong drive and should be able to work under pressure and ability to satisfy demanding stakeholders. Candidate should have excellent corporate communication skills. Role: To jointly agree with the MD on divisions targets ( Quarter, Annual, 3 years) relating to financial, sales/marketing and business processes.. Embed a robust performance culture in the division by ensuring division team works based on SMART objectives and has the skills and tools to deliver a seamless recruitment consultancy process. Insure quality of delivery of recruitment services to client and maintain close and constant relationships with clients. Salary: Excellent with benefits.
