Job Details:
•Performs complicated and advanced mechanical engineering project duties in the preparation of engineering design plans and specifications for the development, modification of ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection, rail vehicle, plumbing, escalators, elevators and other mechanical systems and equipment.
•Arrange the consultant proposal submissions
•Takes part in evaluating consultant proposal
•Performs engineering design duties, prepares engineering design drawings and specifications, calculations and cost estimates
•Provides design support during construction.
•Prepares and coordinates the preparation of construction feasibility studies and cost estimates
•Provide support in obtaining outside consultant services
Requirements:
-Applicant must hold a Mechanical Engineering Degree
-Should have minimum 7 years of relevant experience
-Knowledge of project management guidelines, project cost estimation and forecasting
-Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing, switch mechanisms and Process Safety Management process,mechanical lighting techniques, thermography and data analysis
