Job Details:
*Supervising all site activities and costs being expended on the project
*Keep up a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations etc.
*Keep up all MEP QS documents and logs / registers applicable
*Prepare take offs from drawings and compare with site measurements
*Preparation of Sub Contractors payments and recording / monitoring of all site works
*Preparation of Monthly Commercial reports in conjunction with PM and site team
*Reconciliation of materials and works undertaken during a pirticular period
Requirements:
-Must be a Degree qualified (minimum).
-Must have 7+ years of experience.
-Quantity surveyor background
-Excellent analytical skills
-High attention to detail
