Job description

Development and Maintenance of Key position ‘register’ with key competencies, experiences etc required by Job Holders 
• Register to also show forward plan for key positions – next candidate who is ready (Now, in 2 years, in 5 years) 
Development and maintenance of data base containing High Potential, Watch list, Emerging Talent and Trusted Resources. 
• Data base should map (amongst other things) competencies, experience and education as well as personal circumstances which may impact

Qualifications

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt

Good SAP knowledge – able to interrogate the system, pull reports, download data into Excel. 

Commitment to data integrity and the maintenance system to make it happen and continue. 

Good sense of ‘the organization’ and how it operates. 

Confidentiality – sensitive to the type of data being handled
