Job Details:
* Analyzes and determines statewide manpower requirements.
* Maintains harmonious relations with other state and local agencies,
the general public and other employees.
* Directs preparation of bid specifications for equipment such as
towers, standby power plants and all types of test equipment.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum two years experience in the same field.
* With valid UAE Driving Licence.
* Good communication skills in English.
