	 Supervisor — Mechanical Workshop
Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor of Science in related engineering field.
• Minimum of 8 years in maintenance as a supervisor/specialist.
• Able to read and write English fluently.
• Performs root cause analysis, diagnoses, reviews designs, suggests modifications to improve maintenance methods, and quality of service delivery, has leadership and planning capabilities.
• Estimates material and man power requirements for completion of various jobs /
• Establishes or modifies work procedures and schedules as needed.
• Attends and supervises emergency breakdowns to help find proper solutions and repairs
• Supervises new equipment installation, commissioning and testing and ensures that work is completed as per contract specification, standards and client demands.
• Evaluates, inspects, reports on equipment or systems performance, major faults and breakdowns.
• Interprets company policies to workers, initiates or suggests plans to motivate his subordinates in developing their competences to achieve work goals.
