Job description
Our client, a major US networking vendor, have an urgent requirement for a senior Support Delivery Manager to act as the main technical point of contact for major Enterprise customers in Saudi and the Middle East. This role is to act as a Security specialist for the region. The role is to provide 3rd level technical support for customers, work with European TAC, provide pre and post sales consultancy. Technical account management and partner management is also part of the remit.
Qualifications
.Candidates must have strong expertise in networking security (minimum 6years experience).
Hands on experience in troubleshooting and configuration of Firewalls, VPN, IPSEC, IPS, IDS, AAA. Core routing experience in MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS. Experience of presenting a senior level. Background in a TAC environment is essential.
Cisco - CCIE, CCISP OR Juniper - JNCIE, JNCIA, JNICIS accreditations are advantageous.
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
