Description :
- Manage and maintain computer operating systems software, computer program libraries and disk space allocation. Supervise and support the installation, maintenance and administration of operating system and software. Evaluate the latest hardware and software for the corporation. Operate PC user help desk to support PC users and resolve problems.
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years post-graduate experience, the latest three years in computer hardware, software and operating systems technical support
- Good in the reading, writing and speaking of English.
- Understanding of IT technical standards and development methodologies.
- Able to draft effective written documents.
- Good personal and oral communication skills.
