SYSTEMS ENGINEER - DAMMAM & JEDDAH, KSA. For a leading IT Vendor Company selling passive networking products. Technical consulting and the ability to synthesize complex customer needs and develop robust client’s solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Specific Duties:
• Provide technical consultation on qualified client’s business opportunities related to the positioning of the managed network and structured cabling solutionsi n complex network environments. Help expand the client’s opportunity and convert this into revenue.
• Engage with appropriate internal & external resources (Account Managers, product management, corporate business development, corporate divisions, Alliance Partners, System Integrators, End-Users, etc.) to help drive opportunities from inception through successful implementation.
• Assess customers’ cabling and managed network infrastructure.
• Conduct technical needs assessments with customers / identify future needs.
• Support the Account Management Team in answering RFQs of projects.
• Prepare competitive information documents.
Skills:
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science 5+ years.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of network management, data centres, voice and data networking and structured cabling.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of local area networks / wide area networks, internet protocol routing & switching networks; network design andplanning; able to read and interpret architectural system diagrams.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP network design and installation in central officeand data center
