Six months Experience in NIIT as Academic Delivery Coordinatorin Schools for the E-guru Education. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ø  Conducting Academic Events & various other Engagement initiatives with clients.

Ø  Work with School Administration and staff to develop Implementation Goals, including an assessment of services, scheduling, and plan of action for continual improvement. 

Ø  Create documentation as needed and attend key conferences 

Two years and four months Experience in Sutherland Global Servicesas Associate for McAfee Anti-Virus softwareTechnical Support handling U.S customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ø  Providing technical solutions to customers for specific individual or grouped products with a high focus on quality and expedient resolution

Ø  Providing software related solutions to the customers by taking remote access of the computer with in specific time durations.

Ø  Provide effective and timely communication to customers through written, telephone verbal.

Ø  Log all activity associated with any service request in CRM system so that a complete and thorough record is maintained for the customer and Company.
