TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER
Rules & Responsibilities: 
• Manage and maintain service phone calls and on line support. 
• Handling of high level, confidential information in a professional manner. 
• Maintaining and updating the service database. 
• Coordinating meetings, -special events, maintaining organizational-reports, Parts inventory, services revenue and other required reports. 
• Make travel arrangements, special Projects related responsibilities. 
Requirements: 
• Young, dynamic, age not more than 25 years with professional and positive Attitude, with min. one year of experience. 
• Qualified candidates will have degree in biomedical eng. 
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, demonstrate excellent verbal Communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. 
• Has the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks on daily basis. 
• Transferable Iqama.
