Technical Support Specialist

 

Region: Riyadh

Description: Required for a Saudi Arabian Company - Technical Support Specialist having the following expertise:
- PC & MAC Hardware & Software experience
- General hardware & software troubleshooting and maintenance
- LAN & WAN User technical support
- MCSE or at least MCP Certified
- ICDL, ComiTIA certifications is a plus
- Knowledge in administering multiple operating systems (windows & MAC OS)
- Fluency in Arabic & English
- Minimum Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of software & hardware technical support experience
