*Assits new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support - developing strong, positive relationships with Apple.
*Take care of customers with advice or a solution on the spot
*Provide personal training for fresh customers and helping them to acquire the basic skills they need to get started on photo, video and music projects.
*Helping the company to maintain solid relationships with customers
Requirements:
*Appropriate educational qualifications
*Previous, relevant experience is needed
*Excellent time management skills
*Fluency in the local language.
