JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
• Make outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts, to secure appoints for
our Sales Executives
• Achieve or exceed expected targets meeting call criteria
• Support with the administration duties including diary amendments and rescheduling of
appointments
• Proven experience in a sales environment, face to face or telephone
• Good knowledge of MS office suite
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong administrative experience
• An ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, whilst providing excellent
customer service
• Self-motivation with a pro-active approach to customer management
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to work within a team, whilst having the motivation to work alone
