Job Description:

A Middle East based Islamic Banking organization is looking for Training and Development Manager to join its expanding team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handing all training issues within the corporate HR guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and advise on the best training centers and courses for all staff.

• Update the Individual Staff Training Records and the Monthly Executive Summary reports.

• Identify and analyze Training Needs of the staff in order to meet them through well designed needs based training programmers.

• Upgrade skills of all employees through quality training programs in a cost effective manner with greater emphasis on Core Banking training.

• Design effective managerial and leadership training in order to build a cadre of inspirational leaders across all functions of the bank.

Qualification Requirements:

• Must be a Graduate from a reputed Institution

preferably in Human Resources, ideally MBA in HR.

• A minimum of five years experienced in Administrative

work preferably in Training administration in a bank in the GCC.

• Fluent in spoken and written English as well as Arabic.
