Job Summary: Plans, manages and coordinates the activities of Buhasa Training Centre and implements the overall training and development programs. Includes planning and administering training courses, supervising the preparation and arrangement for courses, instructional and educational materials. Manages, supervises and participates in the preparation of Company Emiratization plans. Directing the maintenance of training and development records. Evaluates the trainees and the instructors. Coordinate the intake of secondary school leavers, establish those interested in and worthy of employment by the company and direct their initial orientation during their training programme at Buhasa training centre. To coordinate the third party training process and ensure quality delivery of training service. Maintain conducive training atmosphere and manages the assets of the training centre entrusted by the company.
Minimum Requirements: a) Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management or Human Resources Management or equivalent. b) 12 years experience in the various managerial positions at least 5 years in a senior supervisory position. c) Fluency in English and Arabic. d) Must be computer literate.
