Training Manager
Our client is a leading retailer in Saudi Arabia and they are looking for a Training Manager to join as soon as possible. The
successful candidate will have experience in the retail training industry. This will preferably be in the FMCG, fashion,
perfumery or cosmetic industries. The key responsibilities of the Training Manager will be to create a training strategy for
whole retail division of the company as well as to develop training programs to suite Salesmen, Supervisors as well as
Managers. You must have experience of conducting training programs to all levels as well as be able to evaluate the training
and participants, as you will be expected to identify skill gaps of the employees and then create personal development plans
accordingly. You must have a minimum of five years relevant work experience. Willingness to travel throughout Saudi Arabia is
essential. Arabic speaking is preferable but not essential.
