Job Profile: Business Analyst

Job Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Preference: Saudi Nationals/ other naionalities  except indian, pakistani and filipino but candidate should have transferable iqama 

Purpose of the job

Analyze data processing problems and provide solutions by programming software change, implementing software upgrade, and develop new program, to be able to review software specifications, test program applications and create end user support.

Key Accountabilities

1.    System Analysis

Analyze existing systems that includes analysis of user requirements, automate tasks using custom or commercial software applications, and streamline system work flow, in order to apply improvements where it is applicable.

2.    End to end process development

Create schedules for system usage among end users, software developers and application specialists, in order to follow an End to End Process from the step of development to the step rollout.

3.    Problem Solving

Create logical and innovative ICT solutions, in order to have a flexible approach to work and solve problems on time.

4.    Technical Documentation

Write user manuals and technical documentation, in order to have a recorded reference for maintenance and checkups.

5.    Implementation Development

Carry out the overview of newly implemented system by working closely with internal and external developers, in order to reach to the level of the end user satisfaction.

Job Requirements

·         Educational level: Bachelor in IT

·         Specific diploma/education: IT related authorized certificate

·         Minimal experience: 5-10 years

·         Languages: English
