Job Profile: National Sales IT Coordinator
Job Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Preference: Saudi Nationals/ other nationalities except indian, pakistani and filipino but candidate should have transferable iqama.
Purpose of the job
Help and support hardware and software maintenance, consultation, and development of resources for Sales & Distribution department as a second level of support, in order to ensure efficient and available access to ICT tools, services, and resources.
Key Accountabilities
1. Hand Held Security
Maintain and monitor the use of the Hand-Held devices, in order to avoid and minimize the misuse and errors.
2. Hardware and Software Inventory
Maintain an accurate inventory of computer hardware and software that belongs to the location, in order to maintain the availability and audit report.
3. Set up & Installation
Install, support, and maintain new ICT hardware and software, in order to improve and support the employees at the location.
4. Problem Solving
Provide ICT solutions as a first level support to employee’s ICT related problems, in order to have a flexible approach to work and solve problems accordingly.
5. Hand-Held System
Fix, install, and update the Hand-Held devices, in order to ensure the availability of it and repair on time.
6. Database Backup
Perform the data import and export, and monitor the data posted in the database, in order to verify correct data upload to the database and ensure a data backup is in place.
Job Requirements
· Educational level: Diploma in IT
· Specific diploma/education: IT related authorized certificate
· Minimal experience: 2-5 years
· Languages: English
