PROJECT MANAGER
a. Requirements / Qualifications
· .University degree in Civil Engineering.
· Computer literate.
· Arabic and English communication skills.
· Understand contracts, plans and specifications about construction methods, materials & regulations.
· Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in similar position.
b. Purpose
· To ensure that all contract program/specification requirements are achieved with good quality of work.
· To coordinate all resources required for the execution of the project and completion on time with agreed budget.
c. Responsibilities
· .Checking overall project progress to meet the Client requirements.
· Managing the project administration and technical staff of the project.
· Company representative in all the Client meetings in the absence of the Project Director.
· Implementation and participation of the company strategic decisions for the project execution.
· Full operation and management of the project.
· Approval and signage of the project bills in accordance to the project cash flow.
· Making decision of any duration on the time schedules and cash flow to meet the client requirements.
· To assign and position the project team with the coordination with the Project Director/Hr Dept.
· Handling client complaints and take the required decision to response to any clarifications.
· Ensure that site comply with current health and safety regulations and company’s safety policies.
· Organizes and attends site meetings on contractors and suppliers quality and performance to ensure adherence to established standards.
· Ensure clients specifications and requirements are implemented according to agreed upon deliverables produces punch lists and coordinate completion of those lists.
· Mediator of Project management review meeting.
d. Internal / External Communications
· Internally with the project team in line with the requirements of the company management systems.
· Externally with client/sub-contractor/supplier representatives.
