Job Description:
Keys and Responsibilities:- 1.The role will concentrate on private equity transactions within the MENA region. 2.Vice President of Investments will be responsible for deal sourcing, preliminary analysis, valuation, deal structuring, negotiations, post-investment management and exits. 3.The Vice President will manage an investment team comprising of a number of investment managers and staff.
Profile:
Skills Required :- 1.Previous experience in private equity transactions, with Middle East transaction experience preferred. 2.Highly experienced in valuation methodologies, negotiations and deal structuring. 3.Candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience within the investment field. 4.Good track record of entering and exiting deals within the MENA region.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Education
Nationality: Any GCC National, Any Arabic National
