Requirements:
 
* Candidates Should have 1-6 year Experience .
 
* Candidates Should have Experience in operating Unix platform environments 
 
* Should have Knowledge of Remote Admin Tools 

* Must be able to troubleshooting service requests and Incidents with the help of SOPs. 

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory. 

* Should have Knowledge of monitoring tools and how it functions
